Research time for genealogy research and family history research is charged at £15.00 per hour and you will be provided with a listing of time spent carrying out research for you.

Copies of certificates will only be supplied with your agreement, they will be charged to you at cost and you will be advised of the cost before they are ordered.

Copies of documents from archives etc will only be supplied with your agreement, they will be charged to you at cost and you will be advised of the cost before they are ordered.

Unfortunately it is never possible to say exactly how long it will take for us to obtain the information that you are looking for therefore we suggest the you decide how much you wish to spend on our research and make your payment accordingly. If you wish to continue unfinished research an additional payment can be made at a later date and when our research is completed any unused payments will be refunded.
